Our Story
PeriPro Solutions was founded because the clinicians with the deepest knowledge of perinatal care are rarely the ones shaping the decisions that matter most. Physicians, midwives, and nurses carry knowledge that administrators, executives, and legal teams desperately need. The problem is not a lack of expertise, but rather, a lack of bandwidth to translate it.
PeriPro was built to bridge that gap. Founded by two DNP-prepared Certified Nurse-Midwives with 25+ years of combined obstetric experience, PeriPro takes the clinical expertise that practitioners spend careers developing and puts it to work where it can have the greatest impact: in the courtroom, in the boardroom, and in the systems that shape how perinatal care is delivered at scale.
PeriPro exists because clinical knowledge is too valuable to stay at the bedside.
Our Approach
PeriPro was built by clinicians who learned early that some the most impactful work often happens outside the exam room. Navigating hospital administration, building relationships across institutional lines, translating clinical data into language executives could act on: these were not detours from the clinical work. They were extensions of it.
That experience shaped how PeriPro approaches every engagement. We come in as partners, not auditors. We ask hard questions, build on what is already working, and stay long enough to see the work take hold. The goal is never a finished report sitting on a shelf. It is a program, a practice, or a legal team that is measurably stronger for the work.
PeriPro brings the same rigor to a hospital consulting engagement as to a medicolegal case review, because the stakes in perinatal care are high regardless of the setting, and the people we serve deserve expertise that takes that seriously.

Together they bring clinical depth, executive leadership, and a shared conviction that perinatal expertise belongs wherever the biggest decisions are being made.
