Case strategy sessions
A private working session designed to give your litigation team a clinical foundation before deposition, mediation, or trial. We cover the relevant physiology, the standard-of-care framework, the likely defense or plaintiff arguments, and the clinical language your team needs to use with credibility.
CLE presentations
Formal continuing legal education on perinatal standard-of-care topics, available for law firms, bar associations, and malpractice defense groups. Topics include fetal monitoring interpretation for litigators, CNM scope of practice and the collaborative care model, and how perinatal documentation creates, or destroys, defensibility.
Clinical expertise across the full perinatal continuum
PeriPro's medicolegal consulting spans every phase of the obstetric episode: prenatal risk stratification, intrapartum management, fetal surveillance, delivery decision-making, and postpartum complications. Cases commonly involve fetal heart rate monitoring and EFM strip interpretation, shoulder dystocia management, postpartum hemorrhage, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), vacuum and forceps-assisted delivery, oxytocin administration and mismanagement, failure to rescue or escalate, and disputes involving CNM scope of practice and the boundaries of collaborative care.
