PeriScore™ is a comprehensive antepartum risk stratification and clinical decision support tool designed to do what no existing tool currently does: evaluate cumulative obstetric risk across multiple clinical domains and synthesize it into a unified, actionable risk profile.
What PeriScore™ Does

PeriScore™ evaluates patient-specific risk factors across eight clinical domains. Each domain contributes to a composite risk score that generates individualized outputs of evidence-based recommendations for antepartum management, surveillance, and delivery.
PeriScore™ is currently in Phase 1 of clinical testing within a North Texas private practice. Phase 2 will expand testing to additional practice sites and settings.
